Quite possibly the sweetest cel in my collection, this is Kouryuu in chibi form from Wish. Second layer has confetti (but doesn't quite match up to the OVA).
My heartfelt thanks to Syan, my Kouryuu cel sister, for always being her thoughtful genuine self.
