My family spent a delightful weekend at Izumicon 2008 with ShutterBox manga artists Tavisha and her husband Rikki Simons. Tavi and my daughter took turns drawing pictures in my daughter's sketch book. Lauren showed off her original manga character Choko the Hairball (No, not kidding! See Bob DeJesus' drawing of Lauren) and Tavi drew unicorns and dragons. This sketch is of a pretty unicorn from the ShutterBox series.
