This version of Saint Beast, Kouin Jojishi Tenshitan, was the second Saint Beast anime released in 2007 (not to be confused with Seiju Kourin Hen from 2003).
Packed full of fan service and angelic BL goodness, the anime lacked most of the basic elements that make a watchable anime. The only saving grace was the beautiful character design.
